In the morning, the Flag hoisting ceremony, Guard of Honor and March Past were done in a fitting presentation, filled with national pride and patriotic fervor.
Later that day, The Chairman Mr Pramod Deshmukh announced a Tree Plantation Programme for the Sagroli Village and its surroundings. The activity will be monitored for three years and at the end of which, the tenders will be rewarded with a Rs 1000/- per plant if they nurture the plants with care and support them grow well. The entire programme will be carried out by the students participation under the guidance of Mr. Akash Shinde, The NCC officer.

In an act of philanthropy,
Mr Manoj Panchal, an alumnus of the school, known for his commendable socialservice, emerged again with a hundred school bags to distribute to economically poor children.
Manoj, in a humble note, says, whatever he was able to do for the society was the impact of the character, he was nurtured with, at the school.
